By joining the Metaphora Club® I understand and agree to the following: (1) I am at least 21 years of age; (2) I authorize Metaphora Wines to keep my credit card information on file (on an encrypted and secure server) and to charge my credit card account on an ongoing basis for the amount I owe for the Metaphora Club® wines, and further agree that this authorization is valid unless I cancel the authorization in writing; (3) sales are made in California and subject to California sales tax; (4) it is my obligation to inform Metaphora Wines in writing of any credit card or address changes; (5) I will be responsible for shipping charges incurred due to misdirected packages; (6) my credit card will be charged for all re-shipments; (7) wine purchases are non-refundable; (8) I may cancel my membership by doing so in writing at any time after the first wine club shipment.

All wines are sold in California and title passes to you in California. We make no representation to the legal rights of anyone to ship or import wines into any state outside of California. The buyer is solely responsible for shipment of alcoholic beverage products. By placing an order, you authorize us to act on your behalf to engage a common carrier to deliver your order to you.
